Travel and Expenses Administrator I US TIME - Bratislava, Slovakia

Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Card/Concur Expense Management
• Knowledge of all operational procedures for both corporate card programs (Citi/PNC Bank) and expense reporting (SAP Concur Expense)
• Ability to provide guidance and training to system users and card holders via written, oral or combined communication
• Shared responsibility for answering group email inquires and helpdesk tickets in a timely manner. Escalating more complex issues quickly to Coordinators or Manager with follow-through to resolution
• Email communication to associates out of compliance with Global Expense Reporting Policy, including documentation of steps taken.
• Working knowledge of global corporate travel programs, policies and initiatives
• Perform any ad hoc requests related to the scope of the Employee’s position as stipulated by the supervisor


• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement, and proactively proposes enhancement to Global Standards
• Utilizes Metrics and KPI’s to prioritize workload
• Ensuring appropriate internal controls (e.g., SOX) are considered and followed daily
• Maintains effective and cooperative working relationships with internal and external contacts
• May be asked to participate or advise in presentations, overviews, meetings, workshops, and other business decision-making activities

Working hours are from 13:30-22:00.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• University education (Bachelor's degree) or relevant work experience
Language skills
• English - Advanced (C1), any other language is an advantage
Years and Type of Experience
• Any customer experience is a plus
• Related experience in Shared Services Center or Business Process Outsourcing environment is a plus
• Experience with expense reporting tools like SAP Concur Expense, including configuration and maintenance, preferred is a plus
