Travel and Expenses Coordinator US TIME - Bratislava, Slovakia

Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Card/Concur Expense Management
• Demonstrated expertise in all operational procedures for both corporate card programs (Citi/PNC Bank) and expense reporting (SAP Concur Expense)
• Acts as focal point for global corporate card operations, including Travel & Expense (T&E) and Purchasing Card. Support execution of program strategies, manage account and card controls, direct card application, issuance and closure, and partner with appropriate GBS leaders for payments and reconciliation. Operationally coordinates with global corporate card issuers, Citibank and PNC Bank
• Key operator in the global process of rebates earned through Corporate travel and purchasing card activity
• Serve as first escalation point within operation teams to handle support escalations around expense process or payments
• Support for system changes via testing, including functional, user acceptance and integration
• Develops processes and procedures for how to handle expense payment operational issues (DTP) and assist with training of the team
• Full understanding of global corporate travel programs, policies and initiatives
• Create and edit user-facing travel information, education and informational content for DS and Global Business Services (GBS) tools
• Suggest strategies for risk mitigation, business continuity, cost management and operational efficiency
• Audit of travel expense documents in Concur upon request
• Perform any ad hoc requests related to the scope of the Employee’s position as stipulated by the supervisor

• Fosters a culture of continuous improvement, adherence, and proactively proposes enhancement to Global Standards
• Utilizes Metrics and KPI’s to identify and address/improve performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Shares accountability for ensuring appropriate internal controls (e.g., SOX) are considered and established as part of the process creation and review process
• Maintains effective and cooperative working relationships with business owners, IT staff, project management team, Corporate Executive Team, and vendors
• Conducts, participates, and advises in presentations, overviews, meetings, workshops, and other business decision-making activities

Years and Type of Experience:
• 4+ years related experience in Shared Services Center or Business Process Outsourcing environment
• 2+ years experience with expense reporting tools like SAP Concur Expense, including configuration and maintenance

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to collaborate with a team that has a fast-moving and diverse portfolio
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport, and persuade other
• ERP knowledge of SAP, Movex and AX (preferred)

50% Working hours are from 13:30-22:00
