HR Administrator
We are searching for an experienced HR administrator with the drive and enthusiasm to work in the environment of an international firm. We offer a great opportunity to work in a young dynamic team and empowerment to maximize own capabilities with focus on further development.
Key responsibilities of the HR Administrator include:
• Has an overall responsibility for the HR back office – general HR administration, support in Comp&Ben and training coordination;
• Provides support in the recruitment process;
• Prepares internal HR reports and statistics;
• Participates in various HR regional initiatives.
Requirements:
• University degree;
• Experience in HR is an advantage;
• Excellent organisational skills;
• Appropriate knowledge of labour law;
• Fluent English and Slovak;
• Standard PC skills (MS Office, Excel);
• Knowledge of various HR tools and methodologies is an advantage.
