HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with the drive and enthusiasm to work in the environment of an international firm. We offer an excellent opportunity for professional and personal development, exciting work, and empowerment to maximise the opportunities that we provide.

Key responsibilities for a HR Senior Coordinator include:
• First point of HR contact for Partners and staff in respective Firm functions
• In cooperation with the HR Director, supports Partners in the area of people management in order to achieve the strategic business goals of the relevant function
• Involvement in the implementation of HR policies
• Ensures that implemented HR procedures work in accordance with the set standards and time scale, and that HR policies are duly followed
• Identifies and offers the relevant HR tools to solve specific and individual problems in the function
• Communicates with function leadership to identify hiring needs, and coordinates the recruiting and hiring process
• Plays an integral part in people development, staff evaluations, feedback on performance, and individuals’ training needs
• Brings innovative ideas and suggestions
• General responsibility for administrative procedures
Requirements:
• University degree
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, business experience in the field of our Firm’s activities is an advantage
• Deep understanding of HR processes
• Good knowledge of Labour Law
• Ability to accept full responsibility for work delivered and decisions made
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English and Slovak
• Standard PC skills (MS Office, Internet)
