Senior Legal Associate

We are looking for a Senior Legal Associate for Deloitte Legal, focused on Commercial law, M&A, Labour law, Financial law, Civil law, and Corporate law, backed-up by strong client orientation. The position is suitable for an experienced legal professional with experience of at least 3-6 years in the field and business. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyzing legal - client issues focused on Commercial law, M&A, Labour law, Financial law, Civil law, Corporate law;
• Legal advisory and preparation of legal standpoints;
• Structuring, implementation and participation in complex transactions;
• Responsibility for entrusted tasks and leading junior colleagues;
• Identifying new opportunities and building relationships with professionals and clients;
• Building the law firm’s profile, and developing close working relationships both internally and externally.

Requirements:
• Law University degree, Bar exam;
• At least 3-6 years’ experience in the legal area, advocate preferred;
• Well-developed written and verbal communication in Slovak and English, German is an advantage;
• Strong client orientation;
• Proactive, diligent and positive personality;
• Flexible, responsible, team player, stress resistant.
