Administrative Coordinator
We are searching for a motivated Administrative Team Coordinator with a proactive approach to work and well-developed organisational skills for the Personal Income Tax Team within our Tax department. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordination of the administrative agenda;
• Working with internal software for generating the work papers;
• Preparing supporting documents for the team’s deliverables;
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence;
• Tracking the cycle of the team’s documents;
• Scanning and archiving;
• Providing suggestions for the continuous improvement of our processes.
