Business Intelligence Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Business Intelligence Analyst, works closely with the senior global data/reporting/analytics team leads and global director within the Global Offer & Product Operations (GOPO) organization, in supporting all business intelligence data, reporting, analytics & analysis needs.
  • Provides analytical and business intelligence support to a business unit, segment or function
  • Analyzes, interprets, maintains, reports data to leadership and delivers ad-hoc data and report requests for client group
  • Serves as the business unit data steward, establishing validation and testing protocols to maintain the integrity of the data.
  • Develops, runs and prepares various statistical analyses and reports based on both internal and external data sources
  • Utilizes various software packages and tools for collecting, mining, interpreting and reporting data
  • Elicits and documents business requirements to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends and insights that improve business performance

Individual will report directly to the Director of Global Offer & Product Operations data/reporting/analytics team, and also receive daily/weekly direction and oversight from global senior team leads.

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Statistics or similar field preferred
  • Basic technical Aptitude and Tableau software experience is a plus
  • Abilities to help translate business requirements into correct BI data reports, provide basic data analysis & basic support communication
  • Presentation and communications skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of the business
  • Ability to support cross-team communications skills via numerous methods (Video, Voice, Phone, Powerpoint, Visuals/Graphs, Excel, Tables, Reporting, etc.).
