EMEA Merchandising Sr. Advisor/Promotions

Dell EMC is recruiting for the permanent position of EMEA GCN Merchandising Senior Advisor Based in Bratislava (SR). Candidate will design Promotional merchandizing roadmap for selected ES LOBs for on and offline for the EMEA market for channel partners and direct sales. Working as part of the Central Global Compute and Networking Solutions team with strong links into the sales and online teams the right candidate will thrive in the value added, insight-based and customer focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :
The role will work closely with the extended local distribution/channel organization’s (including finance, sales, marketing and operations) to deliver strategies and tactics that are aligned to the Enterprise Solutions priorities of increasing market share and profitable growth. The role will also direct the execution of the dell.com web store for ISG products.

This is a high impact role with high visibility that requires a highly motivated candidate with strong communication and analytical skill.
• Lead LOB specific calls for Strategic promotions
• Prepare centralized proposal on Campaigns and Promotions
• Apply a thoughtful combination of marketing levers (price, positioning, and promotion) to drive, sell-in and ensure sell-through, enabling smooth inventory transitions and migrating excess supply
• Develop the right message to focus on the correct customer segmentation. Building offers that are relevant to the target audience at the right price.
• Define marketing collaterals for Dell communication as well as Communication package for distributors, resellers and direct customers
• Prepare internal sales communication and run regular calls with sales audience

Essential requirements:
• Master degree ,+6 year marketing, sales or finance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High accountability, drive for a results
• Strong analytical ability
