Key Responsibilities
The Consumer & Small Business Sales Support Org supports the top strategic countries for Dell and directly supports the sales organization. Sales Support interfaces with Finance, Sales, Global Operations, Fulfillment, Supply Chain, and Reporting teams to drive profitability and growth initiatives on behalf of sales. The Sales Support Sr. Analyst will be analyzing customer account data and developing a strategy for out bounding and acquisition teams. The Sr. Analyst will also be driving analytics in support of the business management system for the UK direct sales organization.
· Analyzes and defines business needs and assists in developing appropriate solutions.
· Activities include evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements and translation into proper solution specifications.
· Formulates and defines scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business needs and business processes.
· Understands the business implications of solutions, and assists in defining the solutions to support any future business requirements.
· Provides analytical support to a business unit, segment or function.
· Develops, runs and prepares various statistical analyses based on data.
· Identifies and communicates opportunities to streamline work or customer processes or Lead campaign related
· Identifies and communicates barriers to achieving improved results and ideas for eliminating non-value added work
· Bridge between sales, finance and Project team to provide necessary and accurate information
· Coordinates standardized reports into presentable format for executive leadership.

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
Essential Requirements:
· Undergraduate Degree
· 2-4 years’ experience in high performance sales, finance, business intelligence, or sales operations organization
· Microsoft Access and SQL experience a plus
· Advanced organizing, planning, and analytical skill set
· Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives with cross functional teams
· Expertise with Microsoft Excel
Desirable Requirements:
· Detail oriented
· Analytical skill set
