Contracts Advisor
Dell’s Worldwide Procurement team is seeking a Contracts Advisor to support our General Procurement (GP) contracts function in accordance with our defined vision, mission and operating principles. This person will:
Analyze, develop, and administer contractual documents to ensure compliance to company policy, legal and regulatory requirements and business specifications.
Provide contractual and/or commercial expertise, support and guidance in the development and negotiation of contracts, including risk assessment and alternate positions to support the offer
Be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, structuring and/or administrating contractual documents that enable business relationships with suppliers.
Provide training, knowledge transfer and assist with development of other team members
Provide support to facilitate effective execution and storage of signed contracts/agreements.
Work with cross functional organizations to structure and manage the contracting process
