Consultant, Sales Operations

Key responsibilities:
Articulate business performance and provide direction to program development through business intelligence
Prepare executive review decks
Analyze Cost & Benefit (including Return on Investment) for programs or changes in product, pricing or merchandising
Identification of growth opportunities in portfolios, countries, segments, etc.
Collaboration with services sales on decision making support
Manage relationships with the various Centre of Excellence functions
Participate in a QBR (Quarterly Business Review) with COE’s and gather input from Product Life-cycle Managers, Sales Leaders, etc on improvement opportunities
Build network with other reporting functions and business managers to share best practices for analysis, processes for data delivery and standardization of metric definition
Provide deep dive and proactive analyses & insights regarding Channel SDS performance

Essential requirements
Master's degree or 7+ years of relevant data analysis experience
Extensive experience in business analysis and understanding of sales behaviours & marketing programs
Strong understanding of the sales process
Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
Strong financial acumen and decision making capability
Ability to influence others and build strong working relationships
Desirable requirements:
Organized and able to plan & manage projects
Deep understanding of services customers and market place
Deep understanding of Dell systems, data & proficient in data/insight delivery
