Key Responsibilities:

Point of contact for all Global Deployment Partner Management Team data requirements. The role consists of translating business requirements into a reporting structure, including identifying the correct data source, designing optimized data flow for the report, and setting up maintenance and sustaining within the team or existing supporting stakeholders as appropriate.
Provide leadership and recommendations around the most efficient and appropriate way of handling the team’s data requirements
Understand how data will be utilized to drive business decisions, and facilitate data analysis for the extended team by implementing adequate format. Propose ideas and tools which allow to improve business decisions
Create data analysis from multiple data sources, developing and leveraging databases software where necessary
Validate data output accuracy and format with team and key external stakeholders to make sure analysis is fit for purpose
Maintain and regularly update analysis tools such as Partner Landscape Matrix, Vendor Lists, reporting, Partner spend information, Capability Tool, Pricing tool, Operational scorecards
Liaise with internal Systems and Tools Manager, external reporting team and IT teams for highly complex and high availability requirements as needed to ensure sustainability of service provided
Prepare, manage and deliver the monthly financial review which is held with key stakeholders
Train the team and share guidance with them for all sustain and completed reporting and processes
