Key Responsibilities
Analyses business challenges and HR programs to identify improvement opportunities
Understands all applicable governmental regulations and advocates compliance requirements
Provides consulting and business partnering to leaders in achieving company objectives
Responsible for coordinating and administering activities in several human resources functions such as employment, labor relations, compensation, learning and organization development, diversity, records, benefits and team member services
Counsels team members concerning work-related problems
May assist in the formulation of various HR policies and procedures and reviews and explains HR policies and programs to the organization assigned
Assists with the rollout of updated or new HR programs and initiatives
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience in a professional role
Fluent in English and Slovak
Business and functional acumen
Full working knowledge and understanding of HR legislation/employment law, principles, policies, and procedures
Ability to discuss with management basic organizational development matters and the fundamental issues of the HR functional areas (training, compensation, benefits, etc.) with management
Possess ability to present concise and clear presentations to company management and employees on the employee review process and distribution of merit increases
