Key Responsibilities :
The person will be responsible for operating within a dynamic, fast-paced, scalable & agile IT development environment, which faces both internal and external customers. The person will be responsible for undertaking analysis, reporting metrics and pulling data to understand and help improve the performance of various on-going engineering development initiatives.
•Analyze online customer behavior and online business performance, designing and developing new and innovative analytics methods
•Communicate findings to end users, stakeholders from a customer point of view.
•Sales, eCommerce and Financial analysis.
•Statistical analysis leveraging modern analytic tools such as Clickstream data, Real Time analytics, and Databases.
•Provide actionable recommendations on how to optimize our business through software improvements in our Online and Sales applications.
•Define and manage an analytics roadmap through bi-weekly delivery and progress updates.
