Key Responsibilities :
The person will be responsible for operating within a dynamic, fast-paced, scalable & agile IT development environment, which faces both internal and external customers. The person will be responsible for undertaking analysis, reporting metrics and pulling data to understand and help improve the performance of various on-going engineering development initiatives.
•The candidate will have hands-on analytics capabilities, expertise in analytical problem-solving techniques and frameworks and the ability to deal with large volumes of data.
• Analyzes online customer/user behavior and multi-channel business performance, designing and developing new and innovative data extraction and consolidation techniques.
•Provides actionable recommendations on how to optimize the business process.
•Builds automated and algorithm based solutions and provides bi-weekly progress updates
•Helps present findings to key stakeholders, and proactively introduce new ideas for client initiatives.

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
Essential Requirements:
•A diploma or bachelor degree in Computer/IT, Marketing, Statistics or Business Degree, or equivalent professional experience
•4-6 years of relevant experience in databases, analytics, scripting languages or programming
•Good written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
•Team work spirit and enable to be part of a global team, with remote leaders and peers
•Capability to identify and troubleshoot customer/user issues by analyzing data and understanding business processes
•Familiar with Microsoft Office package, SQL,
•Extract-Transform-Load process, Relational Databases and Scripting Languages
•Knowledge and understanding of statistics, scripting/programming and algorithms is considered a plus.
Desirable Requirements :
•Some working experience in Business intelligence, Software and Online Related Positions will be a plus.
•Capability to identify and troubleshoot customer/user issues by analyzing data and understanding business processes
•Familiar with Microsoft Office package, SQL, Extract-Transform-Load process, Relational Databases and Scripting Languages;
•Knowledge and understanding of statistics, scripting/programming and algorithms is considered a plus.
