Key Responsibilities:
Your role will be responsible for day to day management of project managers supporting delivery of Infrastructure projects including but not limited to networking, facilities relocation, data center management, telecom, and tools. You will need to provide strong management guidance and bring expertise in Infrastructure project delivery and project management processes and methodologies. You will need to interact extensively with cross-functional teams such as Engineers, Technologists, Release Management and program owners. Need to manage people and processes as per Dell including onshore/offshore resources and 3rd party partners.
Role Responsibilities
• Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group
• Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
• Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
• Responsible for executing on functional and business goals for the group
• Addresses problems across functional areas of the business
• Responsible for meeting budgetary goals and objectives
• Prepares and presents reports to all levels of leadership and staff
Essential Requirements
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the below
• Project Management
• Program Delivery Management specifically Infrastructure programs
• People Management
• SDLC, ITIL, and/or Agile Methodologies
