Key Responsibilities:
Your role will be responsible for oversight of projects and project managers supporting delivery of Infrastructure projects including but not limited to networking, facilities relocation, data center management, telecom, and tools. You will need to provide strong guidance and bring expertise in Infrastructure project delivery and project management processes and methodologies. You will need to interact extensively with cross-functional teams such as Engineers, Technologists, Release Management and program owners.
• Plan, drive and lead global, strategic, transformational, multi-$M IT projects, ensuring results contribute positive business value and meet agreed on scope, cost, schedule and quality objectives
• Address ambiguous aspects of a program (such as requirements, budget, schedule, resources) and drive for resolution
• Anticipate potential future state risks and proactively seek avoidance
• Actively engage and partner with business / IT executives and leaders, to continually drive for greater quality in project execution and delivery of higher-valued business outcomes

• Using Project Management, technical and domain knowledge to engage / influence others to push the envelope and evolve the organization to a best in class PM – Center of Excellence

Essential Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Management, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Business or related field of study
• 8+ years mid-level IT Project Management professional (Directing / Leading $2M projects), using Waterfall and Agile methods and Infrastructure related experience.
• Seasoned knowledge / experience in managing Transformational Projects
• Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritizing and organizing work, and meeting deadline
• Technically solid with deep understanding of IT and Infrastructure
• Ability to work in a globally, matrixed team environment
• Fluent (read, write, speak) in English

Desirable Requirements
• Professional Certifications: PMP or PRINCE, ACP, MCSE, Six Sigma Green Belt
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare for and make effective presentations, discuss, influence, negotiate with and educate others
• Strong leadership, business judgment, risk management and decision-making skills
