Key Responsibilities
The CCO is a global function established post-Dell/EMC integration to develop key customer strategies and help evolve our approach. The team define problems statements, leverages analytics, brainstorms alternatives and makes recommendations insights to the leadership team. • Drive/deliver Analytics : Own CSB and Commercial NPS package, Liaise with regional CX leads and drive insights from NPS/NSS results
• Support business engagements: Collaborate with the engagement leads on data preparation and analytical insights and provide analytical bandwidth throughout the engagement and liaise with the business on an as-needed basis
• Own data infrastructure: Own governance of the CX analytics data infrastructure, Maintain Teradata query master(s), refresh/refine to specific business dimensions as needed, publish to the team(s) as necessary, Liaise with the GRC team and coordinate inclusion of the financial performance data into the master files
• Own CX analytics SharePoint governance: Maintain NPS master file / SharePoint access and point of contact for the regional / business teams on CX analytics

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

Essential Requirements
• Highly inquisitive, business-oriented mindset
• Strong quantitative orientation, incl. running statistical hypothesis/testing
• Modeling from Teradata (data extraction, investigate data relationships, create raw output, presentation-ready a plus)
• Excel skills (SQL pre-requisite, R/Statistica is a plus)

• Excellent organization, planning and execution skills
• Strong communications skills, ability to network and build relationships
