Key responsibilities:
This role would be suitable for an individual who have experience of forecasting in a high volume manufacturing environment and who can utilise their analytical and planning skills. This role is part of the EMEA Global Operations team and will be responsible for the effective supply/demand management to ensure the continuity of supply. Using a combination of general product knowledge and excellent data manipulation skills, the general theme of this role is to plan the supply-chain for specific products across the EMEA region and provide proactive communication on issues and concerns.
• Ensure Daily Large orders are managed through the LOT process.
SFDC and LOT Data is extracted and analysed from both the Mailbox process/Slot report.
• Manage the LO Emergency Hotline Mailbox and action per the criteria required to meet the exception process.
• Become efficient in LOT, SFDC, SLOT systems.
• Manage & create Lots within the EMEA Large order Planning Process and provide Support for each of the large order Planning Leaders.
• Provide Team cover when required.
