Client Technical Support Agent with Polish Language

Within Dell Services, we are looking for a Technical Support Agent to join our remote technical assistance team in Bratislava, providing support to our European customers as part of the Dell Global Service Desk.

Key responsibilities
Dell Services develops and delivers solutions that enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. Working with highly skilled technical advisors, you will:
• Identify issues, investigate root causes and recommend solutions to reported problems
• Provide technical guidance in activities associated with identifying, prioritizing and resolving problems
• Screen, refer, and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests relating to PC maintenance
• Engage necessary support staff to resolve escalations in as short a timeframe as possible
Essential requirements
• Fluency in Polish and good English
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems related to client products by investigating potential solutions using troubleshooting skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent telephone and customer handling skills
Desirable requirements
• Thorough working knowledge of Dell supplied applications
• Using troubleshooting skills
