Vendor Funding Sr. Analyst

Do you have strong experience in finance or financial services that shows impressive business acumen? In Finance, we are looking for a Vendor Funding Sr. Analyst to join our team in Bratislava and play a key role in the evolution of Dell in EMEA.

Key responsibilities

This is a challenging finance role for an ambitious individual with proven ability in dealing with complex cross functional organizations. The Vendor funding senior analyst is responsible for operations and compliance of Vendor Funding programs in accordance with the terms and conditions of VF policy and Vendor Funding agreements. This role requires close interaction and extensive partnering with vendors, marketing and other finance functions. He/she will be also responsible for assisting the Vendor Funding controller in the delivery of outlooks and closing analyses.

Other responsibilities:

• Become an expert on selected Vendor Funding programs
• Manage EMEA operations processes for selected Vendor Funding programs (both OPEX, Cogs)
• Assist the controller with the preparation of outlooks and closing analyses. Explain the variations / movements to outlooks.
• Build an effective business partnering with Partner Marketing Team and provide operational and finance guidance through regular communication
• Supporting documentation review to ensure compliance with key terms and conditions of the different funding programs
• Manage the integrity of all data/reporting related to selected Vendor Funding programs (Claims, Accrual, Credit-Notes, Earning, Funding Expiry Deadlines, Quarterly P/L overview, other essential supporting documentation, Outlook ...)
• Close cooperation with Global Operations accounting during the quarter to maintain supporting documentation required for accounting entries
