Key Responsibilities
Maintain hardware and software in the factory environment
Troubleshooting hardware issues, operating systems and software on the devices in the factory plan
Support on-site the factory operations
Staying in the factory while production is ongoing
Support UAT (user acceptance test) when required from the on-site point of view and PIT (post installation test) when about our supported devices.
Participate in projects around the factory
Help when need to the office area covering potential lack of support due holidays or maternity leave …
Essential Requirements
Two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Good communication skills
Customer oriented
Good knowledge of Slovak and English languages, both spoken and written
Motivation to learn
Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced environment
