Key Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of a number of Dells Network management platforms. This includes development of those platforms to meet the ever increasing requirements of our customers as well as defining and providing solutions to network management challenges.

It is a highly technical role requiring an individual with excellent network technical skills as well as the ability to show initiative and be proactive. You will be working with Dells internal IT teams as well as the Dell business to support the global network.
• Excellent knowledge of IP networking particularly in Cisco environments to CCNP level or above
• Network (TCP, Load balancing) skills
• Understanding of network management tools, practices including network monitoring and configuration management processes including bulk deployments using an appropriate NCCM tool
• Understanding of network management protocols such as SNMP, SYSLOG, Netflow etc
• Presentation Skills – the ability to create and present information to both business and technical audiences.
• Ability to prioritize, manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment and to develop new approaches to complex network management problems

Essential Requirements
• Knowledge of any of the following products:- Cisco ACS, Fluke Truview for Netflow, Bluecat IPAM, Rebasoft, APG/Watch4Net, Entuity Eye of the Storm, BMC Bladelogic Network Automation (or similar), Prognosis, Netscout, Splunk, Netbeez
• Experience in scripting (such as Bash, PHP, Perl, Python etc)
• HTML/MySQL/JavaScript or other web technologies
• Linux server administration skills
• Experience working on projects using Agile methodology
• Experience with Systems Management, Monitoring, and Automation, Asset Management, Service Management

Desirable Requirements
• Fluent in English
• International Exposure
• ITIL v3 Certified
