Key responsibilities

Dell TechDirect develops and delivers online support solutions that enable customers and partners to maximise returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. Working as part of a dedicated EMEA team, you will:

Provide support for Dell customers in English/Spanish speaking markerts wishing to take advantage of online self-support capability via Dell TechDirect.
Build effective relationships with existing user base promoting a great customer experience, ensuring account retention and continued usage of Dell online tools
Communicate directly with customers and partners; their key Dell stakeholders to ensure commitment to quality (terms of service), owning engagement, actions and remediation if required
Be a subject matter expert and point of contact for internal Dell teams focussing on digital tools adoption
Partner with Dell customer facing teams (for example: Sales, Technical Account Mangers) to help them to enable their customers
Engage customers, partners directly when required related to program governance activities

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

Essential requirements
Up to two years’ experience working in a customer facing environment and/or partner management role
Fluency in English and Spanish
Excellent communication and customer service
Able to operate independently to solve problems
To be able to collaborate effectively with and as part of a virtual team

Desirable requirements
Additional language skills are always welcome
Knowledge of billing, invoicing, vendor set up
Can meet the demands of a fast changing environment
Remote presentation skills
Technical Support background
