Key responsibilities
As well as building business with existing customers, the scope of the role will also include developing relationships with new clients. You will:
• Effectively articulates Dell Solution approach and Value proposition of Dell as End to End Solution provider to acquisitions customers
• Recommends business solutions considering customer needs and Dell interests.
• Builds relationships with customers and channel partners based on knowledge of Dell’s technology as well as the customer’s business environment
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com as a customer relationship management tool. Create and manage portfolio pipeline in Salesforce.com
• Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results. Articulates sales’ requirements to functional business partners to solicit support in meeting customer needs
Essential requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent, or a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3 years+ relational sales experience is a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent German communication skills, written and spoken
Desirable requirements
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience
• Fluent German plus high level of spoken and written English
