Marketing Channel Lead Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Role of Channel Lead Funnel Manager is to support EMEA Countries Marketing teams in the implementation of tools, processes & KPI to drive our overall Channel Leads volume and deliver marketing $ Pipeline. This person will need to understand the local needs are met, work with global & regional stakeholders to design the right solutions and work out with local Sales & marketing Channel stakeholders to ensure our marketing strategy is flawlessly executed with our current tools & processes
· Define & Implement best processes, tools & KPI to manage our Channel marketing KPIs and support the Channel local managers in EMEA
· Support our marketing Goals & KPIs aligned with channel & distribution strategy
· Central position to drive Channel Read Lead pipeline growth & execution throughout the marketing organization , Increase execution of CRL and channel marketing pipeline
· Support CMAP tool usage across the Marketing team, ensure CMAP is properly functioning and act as POC & Support CMAP extension across EMEA
· Drive CMAP reporting guidance to GDC, ensure reporting & insights tool are available & properly distributed, ensure marketing team is properly trained & informed about those.
· Improve channel marketing ROI and channel loyalty with better tools & processes
· Run quarterly review to highlight recurring requests coming in term of targeting that need to be integrated as a baseline into the central End user & channel contact strategy.

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
Essential Requirements:
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Product Marketing/Merchandising/Sales role in high-tech industry preferred
· Fluency in English
· Good analytical skills (strong excel skills)
· SFDC or CRM-like common tools knowledge needed
· Good understanding of Dell business model and IT market
· Act as a business partner showing strong business acumen
