Accounts Payable Specialist with French
Do you have strong experience in finance or financial services that shows impressive business acumen? In Finance, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Bratislava and play a key role in the evolution of Dell in EMEA. Accounts Payable Sr. Associate (Payments) role is about dealing with all processes and tasks related to Accounts Payable payment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Preparation of manual payments using the internet banking web based tools
Processing of payments as per value date in a timely manner
Tracking and re-processing of rejected/returned or unprocessed payments including Travel Expenses reimbursements
Contacting vendors, banks and follow up on payment investigations
Processing TAX/custom payments, validation of offline approvals, reconciliation of pre-payments
Reimbursement of cheques received from suppliers
Essential Requirements
1 year experience within AP, preferably with Payments Processing
Fluent written/spoken English is a must
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Analytical skills and relevant PC skills (Internet, MS Office, MS Excel advanced)
Detail oriented, able to keep the deadlines
Desirable Requirements
Russian or any other language is an advantage
Flexible, adaptable to change, a real team-player
