Key Responsibilities
As a Partner Operations Lead, you will be responsible for partner performance and support activities across the EMEA region. Your role will be to:
• Ensure partner performance results are in accordance with SLA’s key measures and the operating plans
• Collaborate with programs team and partner management team to improve procedures to deliver high quality services
• Drive day-to day-operational performance of partners on global metrics
• Subject Matter Expert for partners and internal stakeholders on all Global Partner Deployment processes and procedures
• Responsible for ensuring partners are aware of all Global Partner Deployment processes and procedures and that EMEA region remains aligned with the Global processes
• Operational processes and tools training delivery to partners as required
• Responsible for all Change management that impacts our providers and managing new process implementation
• Support Partner Spend control activity
• Partner on-boarding and partner system access account management
