Sales Business Analyst

If you are passionate about computer technology and eager to develop a career in technology sales, Dell is the place to be. Within Dell Services, we are looking for an Account Insights Sales Specialist & Business Analyst to work as part of a virtual team based in Bratislava.

As a part of CSME Sales Team, this position is responsible for meeting overall business objectives associated with CSME direct and channel sales. Primary responsibility is to deliver on revenue /margin quota and support sales audience with all relevant analytical updates, as well as problem solving where needed.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver on quarterly revenue & margin quota
  • Support sales Teams (all structures) in Bid pipeline quality management to secure bid closing and Support sales Teams in achieving quarterly targets in building and publishing sales reports on regular base
  • Helps Sales audience to prioritize account penetration through BI analytics and looks for new business opportunities through BI analytics
  • Responsible for Sales Alignment process and Portfolio planning
  • Co-responsible for X-segment moves and tasks related to that
  • Leads assignment/ distribution and BI clarification on SME Temp accounts
  • Single point of Contact for Sales in any Account / Account assignment / Account alignment related topics
