Key Responsibilities
As the Customer Experience Reporting Specialist for the GSD Customer Experience team, you will become an expert on the inner workings of the Dell Survey distribution system called PULSE. This includes using TeraData to troubleshoot where survey volume is falling or rising for any number of different slices of data, adhoc reporting development and its handling off to the COE when it is fully developed, as well as processing documentation and detailed task tracking. Your responsibility will be to:
• Read through SQL code to find gaps in PULSE process
• Troubleshoot multiple data systems and tables to find survey issues submitted by the Tech Support business
• Examine the PULSE process and either explain how it works or work with Global Customer Experience (GCE) or Center of Excellence (COE) to implement fixes
• Adhoc Customer Experience analysis requests from the Tech Support business
