UK Retail Demand Planner
• Responsible for developing the monthly demand plan for CSB (Small Business) client
• Take input from all key functional areas of the segment (Sales, Finance, PLM, PG & Supply Planning) as well as external market indicators to develop monthly unit plans, that serves as the demand signal to the supply chain
• Ensure strong interlocks with stakeholders to tie-off short/long-term forecasts and gain senior management alignment
• Provide weekly analysis on SB performance to plan, identifying key drivers of gaps and impact of bridging & demand shaping activities
• Provide other ad hoc analyses that provide insight into business results and help drive the business

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
• Fluent English
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced experience in Excel and a strong understanding of SQL 2000/2005; Teradata knowledge a plus
• Strong ability to interpret results and formulate strategies
• Solid capacity to lead cross-functional discussions
• Solid negotiation & influencing skills
• Good understanding of Dell’s S&OP, demand planning and supply chain planning tools
• 7+ years of relevant experience
