Technical Support Agent with English and Danish/Finnish/Lithuanian

Key responsibilities

Dell Services develops and delivers solutions that enable clients to maximise returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. Working with highly skilled technical advisors, you will:

• Determine the root cause of Hardware and Software related issues and solve it or assign it in the line with the documented guidelines and procedures
• Support the customer in all aspects through the problem resolution, keep the customer informed and updated throughout the life of incidents
• Clearly and concisely log and track details of solutions provided to resolve customer issue and consequently maintain and update customer database and customer unique or recurring problems
• Handle technical and customer escalations

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

Essential requirements

• Advanced English and Danish/Finish/Lithuanian language skills written and verbal
• Basic to advanced IT knowledge and ability to learn
• Ability to analyse and solve technical problems by investigating potential solution by using troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer even in stressful situation

Desirable requirements

• Service Desk or Technical Support experience
• Customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills
