- Management of the quotation process in close cooperation with the sales team and other support functions
- Overall responsibility for the project management of complex deals, including creation of the offer document, presentation, risk management, ensuring the approval process

- Presentation to the management team regarding the tender strategy, pricing strategy, selected Dell approach, conditions and risks
- Cooperation on the contract negotiations

- Preferred field of studies - economics, finance, management
- Interest in sales, sales support, bid management or project management
- Previous experience in project management / event coordination
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- English AND German language is a must
