Project Management Intern - Procurement

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting Project/Change managers in new project/tool implementation as well as supporting external vendors He/she must have excellent English and communication skills, because the main part of the work will be providing support over the phone. This person will regularly interact with different levels of internal and external users.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with Project/Change Managers to support achievement of procurement project milestones and deliver on internal commitments
• Participate and support projects related to procurement systems (Ariba)
• Provide support to suppliers over the phone
• Provide email, chat and call support to users for project related problems
• Administration of documents in the internal tools
• Create user accounts

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

• 2nd - 4th year daily University student in Business field
• Fluent in English – speaking and writing
• Advanced communication skills
• Experience with project management is beneficial
