Internal Solution Architect (ISA) - Germany

Role Overview

Responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications and/or process designs for custom technical solutions. Analyzes customer requirements and designs solutions to meet the customer objectives and balances the needs of sales and delivery to design a solution that meets or exceeds the requirements of service delivery.

Role Responsibilities

Primary expert to construct the specific solution, scope document, risk profile, and corresponding financials:

· Uses expertise to construct specific and detailed solutions that encompass process, technology, project and staffing plans
· Constructs risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans relative to custom solution proposals
· Participates in the construction of financial models that align with custom solution proposals
· Composes applicable services agreements (e.g. Statements of Work, SLA documentation, etc) that specify processes, technology, staffing, deliverables, commitments, risk, and project management aspects of a solution
· Supports deal negotiation and closure to include transition support to service delivery
· Serves as a services subject matter expert to both internal and external customers
· Follows all organizational standard operating procedures relative to cost modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow, documentation and deliverables
· Participates in applicable win-loss reviews and incorporates leanings into future solutions
· Understands and applies principles, concepts, theories, technologies and standards of professional field:
· Develops and applies specialized knowledge within own discipline
· Deepens knowledge through exposure to new assignments and continuous learning
· Knowledge of related industry considerations
· Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job
· Builds deeper understanding of processes, procedures, customers and organization
· Assists program or process development and implementation
· Coordinates activities and processes
· Contributes to area by ensuring quality of output
· Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects or activities within own area
· Establishes working relationships with others outside area of expertise
· Applies knowledge and understanding of customer needs and other internal/external

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

Requirements

· Undergraduate or Graduate degree with minimum of 3 year’s relevant experience
· Fluent German and English is required
· Well-versed in a specific service area or technology (Microsoft environment, virtualization, VDI, clued, EUC, others)
· IT Industry technical background
· Good understanding of a client’s business, technology, and process needs

· Advanced Analysis skills
