- Advise and support a group of public and large enterprise clients from Scandinavia to their highest satisfaction
- Manage daily customer emails and phone calls to support sales service provided to customers
- Investigate and solve pre-delivery and post-delivery issues to the satisfaction of the client and act on behalf
- Use your own initiative to find new solutions for unusual or problematic situations regarding the customer’s
