Reporting teams throughout Dell Bratislava account for over 60 employees and are mainly responsible for creation, support and maintenance of reporting for various departments, supporting financial systems and data flow and ultimately creating reports with regional (EMEA) and global impact for the board of directors.
As a Business Analysis Sr. Advisor, you will contribute to the Performance Analytics Group on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, supporting the Enterprise Solutions Group sales team. Your role is to lead the effort to create solutions to real problems faced by the sales team. You will work closely with senior sales leadership, as well as levels of management to help develop new reporting solutions and improve existing ones.
The main ongoing responsibilities within these teams involve:

- Formulate and define scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business needs and business processes
- Understand the business implications of solutions, and assist in defining the solutions to support any future business requirements
- Advise manager of options and recommended solution
- Collaborate with peers, leaders, end users, developers, and others as necessary
- Perform analysis to validate the accuracy of data being reported
- Present effectively to the executive level, manager level, and the individual contributor level
- Create clarity from abstract and/or complex problems
- Ownership of objectives and delivery of results to improve the business
Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
- Undergraduate degree and 8+ year’s relevant experience
- 2+ years experience with SQL
- 2+ years business/financial analysis experience
- 2+ years experience designing reports, tools, and/or dashboards in Business Objects
- 2+ years project management or lead experience
- 2+ years presenting/public speaking experience
Preferences:
- Expert proficiency in Business Objects
- 1+ years sales experience
- Experience with Dell Data Hierarchy, Salesforce.com, Teradata, and Affinity
