Project Program Management Advisor (Maternity cover)

Role Summary:
Be responsible for managing global new product/project/tool implementation as well as managing multiple small projects related to procurement process improvement. This person will regularly interact with different levels of internal users and external vendors.

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Lead or participate in global projects to align, standardize and simplify current Procurement processes, systems and tools
• Support the analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation of Procurement projects
• Understand business users needs & requirements
• Develop and track project plans
• Participate on Post-Installation testing
• Establish and execute communication and training plan for users

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

• 4+ years work experience in project management
• Excellent communications skills, fluent in English
• Good understanding of the company’s business goals and objectives
• Strong project management skills to develop, track, and run multiple simultaneous projects.
• Knowledge of Oracle and Ariba systems will be an advantage
