Senior Financial Analyst - US Sales Compensation
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Sales Compensation Senior Analyst will provide Comp Ops support for the Sales Makers within one of Dell's Sales Segments. He or she will collect, analyze, monitor and report on sales compensation related data and metrics. The sr. analyst will monitor sales resource and organizational set-ups within the COIN$/Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) applications to ensure accurate sales compensation payouts.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure that compensation plan data elements are loaded correctly and in a timely manner
• Validate and upload manual adjustments
• Provide summary analysis and interpretation of data for management
• Monitor trends and elevate issues due to data variances
• Effectively interact with other finance departments
