Services Sales Support with English + German/Italian

Role Overview:
This Pre-Sales Services role, supporting customized services solution engagement, is part of the Global Services Intake Team, based in the Bratislava Office.

The key responsibility of the Services Intake Manager is to attend to customized Services requests submitted for action in SlaesForceDotCom (SFDC) whilst acting as Services advisor to the internal customer (Sales and/or GPS). The Services Intake Manager should also qualify these opportunities and act as prime facilitator for Solution Architect assignment as applicable.

Role responsibilities:
  • Attend to the requests through SFDC and understand Dell sales/customer requirements and the scopes of customized services work requested.
  • Play role of service advisor by giving guidance and recommendations to requestors in regard to Dell services capabilities
  • Obtain and clarify customer requirements, recommend service solution approach in a logical and convincing manner
  • Influence requestor to employ Standard SKU and advise the service description as appropriate
  • Flag for red review (Deal Governance Review) and ensure all qualified opportunities are passed on to appropriate solution support resources in a prompt and accurate manner
  • Support for all requests inclusive of case registration, management of central repository, Deal Tracker, ChangePoint, and the agreed governance process
  • Maintain good relationships & help build confidence with Dell Sales - Team in enabling them to sell Dell Services
  • Serve as interface to improve customer experience and productivity by collecting, analyzing, identifying, and presenting information to internal team and stakeholders
  • Responsible (participating / leading) for the assigned Global Intake initiatives/projects for operational excellence

Requirements
  • Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Fluent business English AND other European language
  • Significant technology / services experience
  • Detailed oriented, process driven, exceptional organizational skills, customer service oriented attitude
  • Strong business acumen

Preferences
  • German or Italian language is preferred
  • Knowledge of Dell Services portfolios
  • Previous/current experience in leading a team
  • Works to keep professional knowledge current, reads up and keeps in touch with in-house expert
