Sales Support Representative - English + Turkish / Russian / French (1-year agency contract)

  • Responsibility for processing of external partner' deal registration requests and rendering a decision to approve or deny the requests within established time frame

  • Activities would include researching account ownership, searching pipeline for duplicate deals

  • Coordination of communications with sales force and cross-functional organizations

  • Providing of operational support to maximize sales force productivity and improve partner and customer experience

  • Being a solution oriented provider when facing issues and inconsistencies

  • Assistance to peers and management on daily tasks, special projects and recurring issues

  • Interaction with Dell internal customers to follow-up on escalated issues to provide resolution to an external partner

  • Fluency in English and Turkish / Russian / French language
  • Experience in the administration field
  • Analytical skills and detail orientation
  • Ability to manage multitasking and multiple priorities
