Your main task will be to manage logistic and manufacturing issues proactively within the agreed timing and with focus on internal and external customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:

- Be responsible for local backlog & distribution management
- Act as a main interaction point between carriers, sales department and customers
- Cover the rollouts for big customers from Logistic and Manufacturing side
- Contact point for internal customers on providing the order status and handling logistic & manufacturing escalations
- Responsible for arranging Air-shipments, special delivery services, order prioritizations, Invoicing and others
- Liaise with Finance on Invoicing delivered orders
- Handle the overdue orders at the pre-production stage and ensure that they are released into the production
- Work closely with other departments on resolving the issues
- Initiating & driving the process improvements for problematic areas
- Ensure that all reports are up-to date
