Project Analyst (Ariba Procurement)

Be responsible for supporting Project/Change managers in new project/tool implementation as well as supporting multiple small projects related to procurement process improvement. He/she must have solid understanding of Procurement processes and tools.
This person will regularly interact with different levels of internal users and external vendors on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.


Main duties and responsibilities:

• Participate on projects related to procurement systems – e.g. contract conversion
• Work with Project/Change Managers to support achievement of procurement project milestones
• Prepare reports on status of projects and operational metrics
• Maintain and manages Ariba system
• Implement improvements to processes

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

• Minimum 2+ years work experience in operations and projects
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Knowledge of Oracle and Ariba systems is an advantage
• Project management skills to develop, track, and run small projects
