Senior VAT Tax Analyst - Maternity cover

Dell's EMEA VAT team manages VAT and related compliance in the EMEA region. The team reviews all transactions going through the VAT return preparation and analyzes outputs and inputs in detail.
From a development perspective the Tax Organization is a key function within Finance with a global scope of work. Particular Tax roles develop peoples Leadership and Supervisory skills, Controllership, Technical competence and Analytical skills which are valuable skills required for a successful Finance Career.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Prepare VAT returns and statistical reports
• Implement changes in European VAT law
• Support the business in identifying the correct VAT treatment of transactions
• Assistance in internal and external audits
• Preparation of financial statements and supporting documentation related to the VAT accounts
