Recruitment Internship - German speaker wanted!

Dell is looking for an active and communicative university student interested in getting recruitment experience within multinational company. In the role of Recruitment Trainee, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting hiring activities within Central European Region. This role offers you an opportunity to actively use foreign languages, participate on various projects and implement innovations leading to improvement of processes.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Cooperation with recruiter and support throughout the recruitment process for designated portfolio of positions and profiles
• Sourcing and approaching relevant candidates
• Pre-selection and pre-screening of candidates, language assessment (English and German language)
• Candidate communication from first contact until closing the recruitment process
• Work with internal candidate database as well as with external career sites
• Supporting administrative tasks related to hiring activities and candidate database management
