Reporting Sr. Analyst with SQL (1 year agency contract)

The reporting team develops and implements the reporting and analytics necessary for the successful management of the Global Sales Operations (GSO) organization. The team focuses on multiple metric packages, covering Customer Care, Cost of Dissatisfaction, Order Processing & Fulfillment, and Net Promoter Score, among others. This critical role is responsible for helping the business identify opportunities for performance improvement at the strategic as well as tactical levels.

Key duties of the role:
Interface with product managers and business teams to understand reporting and analytics needs
Familiarization with data structures in the legacy SQL Server and data warehouse environments
Develop and automate SQL-based processes to provide globally standard reporting
Support movement of datasets and reporting into the next generation Reporting and Analytics environment via testing and validation
