The role of the Call Management agent is to receive, identify and qualify customers and their needs before to transfer them to the appropriate internal department. You’ll explore the interrelation between the particular business units, the processes of a global company and find out how a great customer experience within a strong IT company is being created.

• Responsibility for all calls, faxes and letters received into the Call Management Group
• Communication with external customers (Dell Customers, Dell providers and carriers) and also internal customers (Marketing, Sales, Technical Support, Finance)
