Senior Recruitment Specialist

As a member of Recruitment team based in Bratislava and a part of wider team across EMEA you will be responsible for planning, executing and tracking recruiting activities for Dell business groups in Central and Eastern Europe.

Major Accountabilities
• Plan and execute recruitment activities in support of business group growth in the CEE region. Implement short- and long term staffing activities to ensure alignment with challenging growth targets, balancing internal and external resources to meet hiring demand and quarterly exit-numbers.
• Manage filling vacancies against rigorous time, quality and service demands, prioritizing both volume and "difficult to fill" issues.
• Successfully achieve recruitment targets as defined by the business and the Recruitment Manager.
• Support implementation of strategic Recruitment initiatives.
• Act as a Strategic Advisor and Pipeline Manager towards business .
• Participate in regional projects and iniciatives, mainly in Recruitment and University relations area.
• Leading and intensive interaction with assigned interns.

Business Interaction
• Partnering with the business to co-ordinate solutions to recruit and select potential employees to meet headcount requirements.
• Work with managers to anticipate attrition, transition and growth rates.
• Use direct sourcing techniques, social media and other resources to meet hiring requirements and keeping talent pools.
• Screen, interview to assure candidate meets the specific criteria and qualifications for the role.
• For passive candidates, be able to sell the Dell Employer Value Proposition and understand the candidate’s own values and aspirations how they might fit into Dell.
• Act as a subject matter expert of industry market and trends for assigned groups.
• Providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely manner.
• Handle complex salary negotiations and job offers that involve selling the candidate.

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

We are looking for a proactive, self-standing and experienced Recruitment Consultant with innitial experience in people managament or coordination. You will be joining a regional team where you can expand your experience in global corporate environment and want to grow into a team leader/people manager role.

• 5+ years Recruitment experience preferably at least 2 of which were in a corporate staffing/recruiting function
• Additional experience from a recruitment agency is preferred
• Fluent English is a must, German is an advantage
• University degree in a relevant business related discipline
• Experience of Competency Based Interviewing and recruitment practices
• Knowledge of psychometric testing
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures and business disciplines
