The Global Pricing Optimization Team works closely with segment GMs, Sales, Finance, and Marketing leadership to capture substantial near-term margin improvements by implementing actions to improve pricing execution worldwide.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
· Lead the discount and Pricing Optimization efforts within EMEA with the objective of maximizing profit generation associated with sales activities
· Primarily focus on Discounting methodologies across EMEA, with special emphasis on channel pricing strategies and ensuring appropriate spreads vs direct channels
· Influence management and executives across the business units
· Work with and provide guidance to regional finance and sales leadership to set discount management guidelines
