As a key part of the EMEA Displays & Client Peripherals (D&CP) Centre of Competence, this position is responsible for meeting overall business objectives associated with the assigned business categories in EMEA.

Primary responsibility is focused on building, execution and follow-up of programs to drive the D&CP business and responsible for delivering on the business metrics. Focus areas in the role will include Indirect (Channel and Emerging) and APOS. She/he works closely with other teams in EMEA and has active engagement with X-functional teams - Services, Sales, Segment marketing, Marcom, MDF organizations, Finance Teams, S&P Operations, On-Line, PR and the EUC merchandising teams.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and execute specific marketing programs to support the S&P specialist sales teams in generating business. Spanning from marcom (internal and external collateral) to demand gen programs (lead/demand gen, telemarketing, etc). As part of this measure and report success of programs and activities on a regular basis.

· Attend, contribute and organize sales events and articulate product line value proposition, technical details, and other applicable information to Sales Representatives.

· Ensure timely and accurate completion of MDF related activities (programs, Proof of Execution, proof of spend) to maximize efficient use of Marketing Development Funds.

· Work with regional and local teams to develop specific GTM plans

· Pipeline Management and Large Deal Engagement - must be willing to help support directly or as a liaison to help close large opportunities and identify opportunities.

· Develop and execute Sales and Marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth for the assigned focus areas.

· Act is single point of contact for cross functional programs and be the spokesperson for the D&CP business in Cross functional teams.

· Ensure Product availability across the region with the regional PLM team for the focus areas: Product launch, create content and all relevant sales messaging. Ensure up-to-date product info is available.

· Coordinate and develop training - utilize in-depth product knowledge (or through PLM team) to train Sales Representatives.

· Work closely with CoC partners, Product Group, Sales, Segment marketing teams, Business Management, Marcom, On-Line, Operations and Finance Teams to ensure seamless execution of product offering and business growth.

· University Graduate

· 5+ years of experience in a Product Marketing/Management/Sales role in high-tech industry preferred. Technical expertise / knowledge Preferred

· Very driven individual, comfortable working independently

· Good communicator & negotiator on Senior Business Level

· Creative, constantly look for new approaches

· Financial acumen

· Strong project-management and problem-solving skills, Business Process Improvement certification a plus
